AI-written weekly safety briefings for each of your departments — in English and Spanish with narrated audio — plus verified training, OSHA recordkeeping, cyber awareness, and fleet tools. One portal, one subscription, runs itself.
Built for field services, trades, manufacturing, distribution, and warehouse operators with 10–500 employees.

A whole safety program, one price
Briefings, training, cyber awareness, OSHA logs, vehicle incidents, inspections, and insurance cards — competitors sell these as separate products.
Original content, not a library
Every briefing is written for your trades, your hazards, your region, and this week's season. A plumbing crew in Texas and a warehouse team in Ohio get genuinely different talks.
Bilingual by default
English and Mexican Spanish — text and natural narrated audio — on every briefing, at no add-on fee. Crews can play it in the truck before the workday.
A fractional safety coordinator's entire weekly output, generated and delivered automatically — for a fraction of the cost.
Everything in one portal
Seven modules, all included in every plan. Enable what you need.
Tool Box Talks
A fresh, AI-written safety briefing per department every week — English and Spanish, both with narrated audio. Engagement-verified completion and compliance dashboards.
Interactive Training
Assignable courses with per-slide narration, full-listen verification, scored tests, due dates, and a permanent, exportable compliance record.
Cyber Awareness
Monthly security training in two variants — office staff and field crews — with acknowledgment tracking and automatic reminders.
Workplace Incidents
Guided OSHA 301 injury reporting with witness statements and photos. One-click OSHA 300 log and 300A annual summary exports.
Auto Incidents
Vehicle accident reporting from a phone at the scene — photos with GPS capture, other-party details, and a branded PDF per incident.
Vehicle Inspections
Quarterly fleet inspection wizard with checklist, photos, and driver sign-off. Optional Samsara integration syncs your fleet daily.
Auto ID Cards
AI reads your insurance agency's renewal packet, stages every card, and flips each one live on its effective date. Expiry warnings built in.
Compliance you can defend: briefings track reading and listening, training verifies the audio actually played, and every record captures who, what, and when.
At onboarding you describe your industry and region. Each department starts from a curated industry template — environment, equipment, hazards, and a vetted list of applicable OSHA standards.
2
It writes, every week
On your schedule and in your timezone, every department gets a fresh toolbox talk: seasonal context, real hazard scenarios, cited OSHA standards, actionable tips, and a discussion question for the crew meeting.
3
Citations you can trust
OSHA/CFR references come only from human-vetted lists — the AI cannot invent regulation numbers.
4
Your crew hears it
Each briefing is translated into natural Mexican Spanish and narrated in both languages. Completion is engagement-verified, not a checkbox.

Our story
Built by a commercial MEP contractor, for shops like yours.
Safety-MC was built inside BLCCS, LLC — a San Antonio commercial MEP contractor with more than 70 employees across Controls, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing — because nothing on the market generated real, bilingual, department-specific safety content at a price a mid-size shop could justify. We built Safety-MC in our own shop and still run our safety program on it every week.
Every company's data is fully isolated at the database level — no one at BLCCS or anywhere else can see another company's information.

Isolated by design
Every company's data is isolated at the database row level, fail-closed and verified by automated tests.
Hardened uploads
Files are structurally validated, rebuilt to strip active content, and malware-scanned before use.
Microsoft Azure
Runs on Azure in the US with encrypted secrets, point-in-time database restore, and redundant storage.
